Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Legal Assistant to support the Legal Department in franchising, real estate investment, and intellectual property matters. You will draft franchise documents, maintain legal files, and communicate with franchisees to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or associate degree, at least 2 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work independently in a hybrid in-office/remote setup.

  • Must pass comprehensive background check
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (preferred)
  • Paralegal certification (preferred)
  • Experience with SalesForce software platform (preferred)

  • Regularly communicate with franchisees
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to real estate investment and franchising
  • Various other legal department tasks

Job description
