Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a West Coast portfolio of hotels, driving revenue growth, guest and associate engagement, and operational consistency across properties.

You will partner with general managers and property teams, build owner and brand partner relationships, and steer strategic plans, budgets, and capital improvements to deliver best-in-class results. Frequent travel and executive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive hospitality operations experience with a hotel management company.
• Experience leading multiple properties at regional or above-property level.
• Strong relationship-building skills with owners, brand partners and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, guest and associate engagement, and operational consistency across the West Coast portfolio.
• Partner with general managers and property teams to maximize revenues and profits and ensure internal controls.
• Communicate strategic plans and financial results to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Interview, lead, and develop property teams to meet HHM Hotels standards.
• Lead capital improvement planning and monitor hotel business plans and budgets.
• Review financial reports and forecasts to steer performance.
