Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader to oversee franchise performance across a designated market in the United States. You will partner with franchisees to boost profitability, efficiency, and compliance with brand standards, while guiding reviews of operations, sales, and financial health.

You will analyze metrics and lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, training programs, and rollout of new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in multi-unit management within QSR or retail.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to analyze and improve financial and operational metrics.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and performance across franchise organizations.
• Partner with franchisees to assess and improve profitability and efficiency plans.
• Conduct comprehensive franchisee business reviews covering operations, profitability, financial health, and development obligations.
• Analyze operational metrics and financial reports to create actionable improvement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and other brand standards.
• Execute system-wide initiatives including equipment certifications, training programs, and operational protocols.
• Implement and oversee corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Development, and Technology teams on initiatives, product launches, and process improvements.
• Provide coaching and targeted training focused on leadership development and operational skills.
• Onboard new franchisees and assist with expansion site preparation.
• Track KPIs including ACR, SOS, and OSAT and develop data-driven insights.
• Implement continuous-improvement action plans tailored to franchise needs.
• Review performance metrics with franchisees and develop growth strategies.
