Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Operations Manager located in Ann Arbor, MI. The Franchise Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business plans, manage franchisee relationships, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, managing P&L, and providing support and training to franchisees to help them achieve their business goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
• Business Planning and Operations Management skills
• Experience in Franchising and managing franchisee relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills and P&L Management experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ann Arbor, MI
• Previous experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is a plus
