Toppers Pizza is looking for a Director of Franchise Operations to lead the Franchise Business Coaches and the franchise operations function. This role partners with franchise owners to drive sales, profitability, guest experience, and brand-standard execution across restaurants.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Whitewater, WI, with travel up to 40% and a schedule that combines three days in the office with two days remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership experience, including multi-unit responsibility
• Experience working with franchise owners or within a franchise system
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and key drivers of sales, labor, food cost, and profitability

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Franchise Business Coaches
• Partner with franchise owners to build business plans and action plans
• Monitor sales, labor, food cost, guest experience, and other key metrics across the system
• Oversee brand standards, compliance, and performance improvement plans
• Support new franchise openings and cross-functional initiatives
