Job summary

Empower Brands seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the execution of operational strategy for the Superior Fence & Rail franchise system. This role drives EBITDA and franchisee unit economics while delivering world-class training, coaching, and support.

The VP will build the infrastructure, talent, and accountability needed to drive sustainable system growth, aligning with Empower Brands’ strategic goals. Remote role with preferred locations Jacksonville, FL or Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in franchise, multi-unit, or home service based operations.

Responsibilities

• Own achievement of annual budget and EBITDA targets.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with monthly and annual goals.
• Oversee development and growth of the commercial irrigation division to meet national and regional customer needs.
• Build organizational capability to support continued system growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and franchisee success.
