Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking an energetic, self-motivated leader to run a Lafayette, IN franchise. You will mentor management, supervise daily operations, and partner with executives to drive profitability and brand standards.

Responsibilities include leading staff, refining processes, and leveraging data analytics to improve performance while aligning with company values and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in sales, operations, training, and data analytics with previous P&L responsibility is preferred.
• High level of organizational skills, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the assigned franchise location/s.
• Provide leadership and support for management team and frontline staff.
• Establish and maintain a culture of service excellence.
• Analyze business data to provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Meet or exceed goals for profitability, customer service, and brand standards.
