Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking a Franchise Marketing Strategy Specialist to guide local marketing for franchise owners and operators. You will translate system strategy into actionable plans and provide ongoing consultation to align efforts with brand standards and growth goals.

Key responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance, identifying opportunities, coordinating with paid media and SEO teams, and developing training materials for webinars and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, local marketing, or franchise marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, paid social, and SEO.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance data and provide recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple franchise relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist franchisees in developing and implementing local marketing plans aligned with system strategy.
• Review marketing performance metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist franchisees in understanding marketing performance and return on marketing investment.
• Identify trends and share insights with franchisees and internal teams.
• Work with Paid Digital Shared Services to align marketing strategy with campaign execution.
• Partner with Marketing Technology to support franchise website updates and local SEO improvements.
• Provide guidance to franchisees on social media activity, online reputation management, and local digital visibility.
• Support development of marketing resources, playbooks, and training materials.
• Assist in delivering franchise marketing education through webinars, workshops, and conferences.
• Coordinate with Marketing & Brand Strategy on campaign messaging and brand initiatives.
