Access Garage Door & More is seeking an Operations Manager to lead headquarters logistics and fleet field operations in Chattanooga, TN. The role demands high accountability, driving daily workflows, and coordinating across office and field teams to meet franchise-wide standards.

You will manage financial metrics, optimize processes, and mentor a high-energy team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience directing operational workflows and personnel.
• Proven experience in financial management tasks including P&L oversight and accounts receivable tracking.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong background in customer relations, leadership, and enforcing procedures in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows, office staff productivity, and field logistics schedules.
• Manage high-level financial performance metrics, review P&L reports, and handle AR duties.
• Enforce strict operational standards, procedures, and compliance across all staff.
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing field operations team focused on customer experience.
• Communicate strategic objectives to align with national franchise headquarters goals.
• Drive growth by solving bottlenecks and implementing performance-focused strategies.
