• Lead Directors of Franchise Operations and Business Consultants to drive sales and profitability.
• Set strategic goals, manage operating standards, and ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee openings, remodels, food safety, and franchisee training.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Development, Supply, and Technology to improve growth.
