Qualifications

• Experience implementing franchise startup programs.
• Ability to train franchisees and store staff.
• Strong communication with franchisees and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Implements franchisee store startup program, including operational training and marketing assessments.
• Maintains knowledge of operations and training across stores.
• Contacts franchise owners before and after openings; coordinates pre-opening schedules and daily paperwork.
• Communicates progress with the Operations Manager and other personnel during openings.
• Follows up post-opening and develops action plans to address underperforming stores.
• Visits all stores at least twice yearly to improve standards and compliance.
