Home Franchise Concepts is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support franchisees with local marketing strategies and execution. You will report to the Marketing Manager, helping plan, provide tactical support, manage content, and ensure consistency across the network.

The role requires collaboration in content creation, training coordination, and maintaining marketing resources. Hybrid work schedule and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Marketing or related work.
• Combination of education and experience accepted.
• Strong preference for franchisee support experience.
• Experience with Canva and content creation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Manager as day-to-day point of contact for franchisees.
• Assist in creating, organizing, distributing, and maintaining marketing materials and toolkits.
• Coordinate and support training sessions, webinars, and onboarding resources.
• Draft and organize content for newsletters, emails, social media, and internal communications.
• Update marketing guides, playbooks, and best practice resources; ensure accuracy.
