Job summary

Neighborly® is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist in a hybrid role based in Texas. You will assist the marketing team and Local Performance Marketing Team to evaluate franchise owner needs and provide timely resolutions while documenting inquiries for future reference.

You will build expertise across internal and external marketing platforms, train franchise owners, respond to requests via phone/email/video, and maintain precise records in the ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience with marketing platforms and ticketing systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of internal and external marketing platforms and systems.
• Support franchise owners with product training, knowledge, and expertise.
• Respond to support requests via phone or email, and sometimes via video call.
• Keep accurate records of all support requests using a ticketing system.
