The role partners with field teams to translate market data into practical marketing actions that boost center sales and franchise growth.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, proven experience in field and digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Experience: field/digital/product marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience working with franchisees, vendors, or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Camp Bow Wow and franchise owners for assigned markets.
• Manage assigned franchisee relationships and local marketing activities to drive awareness and leads.
• Monitor and analyze local market performance and advise on improvements.
• Assist with local marketing budgets and plans for new and existing centers.
• Support internet marketing activities, local search tracking, listings, email marketing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute marketing programs.
