Threshold Brands LLC seeks a senior paid media leader to own franchisee relationships and drive local advertising performance across our 10 home-services brands. You will manage an in-house team and partner closely with an agency to optimize campaigns, budgets, and results for multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in paid media with client-facing leadership experience.
• Deep local paid media experience for local service businesses.
• Experience with Local Services Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta.

Responsibilities

• Own franchisee relationships and serve as main paid media contact for top spenders.
• Explain performance using leads, CPL, and booked jobs.
• Lead budget strategy, discuss results, and align expectations.
• Onboard new franchisees and build 90-day success plans.
• Direct the agency and manage the in-house team.
• Track lead-to-booked-job outcomes and scale successful plays.
• Collaborate with brand leaders on national vs local campaigns.
