Job summary

Empower Brands GmbH is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead a centralized franchisee growth capability across our portfolio of brands. You will own paid media strategy, analytics, reporting, and cross-functional programs to drive local lead generation and conversion.

You will partner with brand teams, finance, IT, and franchisee leadership to scale a consistent operating model, then build and evolve MaaS products, dashboards, and the enablement playbooks for rapid adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong performance marketing experience, ideally in agency or multi-location settings.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, measurable programs.
• Comfortable in a growing environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to stay close to execution as the capability evolves.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch the in-house performance marketing capability across brands.
• Lead paid-media strategy and initial execution across Google, Meta and other channels.
• Own product evolution including MaaS, dashboards, and speed-to-lead features.
• Manage onboarding, integrations, and governance for platforms and vendors.
• Define the franchisee service experience and ongoing performance reviews.
• Drive adoption and change management with internal teams and franchisees.
• Monitor commercial performance and collaborate on forecasting and financial analysis.
• Build and lead the future team and capability roadmap.
