Qualifications

• Five+ years in licensing, consumer products, brand management, promotions, or retail.
• Must have strong presentation software skills and the ability to deliver impactful sales presentations.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities, with professional demeanor around senior leadership.
• Independent problem-solver who can lead projects from inception to completion under tight deadlines.
• Passion for kid's entertainment and understanding of licensing, consumer products, and retail landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Execute licensing, consumer products, and retail initiatives for franchise brands.
• Support franchise strategies across business areas to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Develop and refresh franchise pitch decks for key presentations and industry events.
• Maintain planning calendars and assets for franchise portfolios.
• Monitor content for growth potential into new franchises.
• Curate resources and trackers for internal stakeholders.
• Provide brand input on editorial content and marketing strategies.
