Job summary

Aquent seeks a dynamic professional to drive strategy and execution for iconic kids and family brands. You’ll influence how franchises connect with audiences across consumer products, retail, and live experiences.

You will develop pitch decks, maintain franchise calendars, support licensing initiatives, and contribute to social media strategies while coordinating assets for events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of licensing, consumer products, brand management, promotions, or retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Independent, proactive project leader with ability to work with senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute consumer products, retail, and licensee initiatives.
• Support franchise strategies across business areas.
