Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the lifecycle of franchise license agreements within an assigned territory. You will review applications, prepare and execute agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep precise records.

The role involves serving as the main liaison for applicants and franchisees, coordinating with internal teams throughout the process. This position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field and 1–2 years of franchise

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills for internal/external customers.
Demonstrated ability to interpret contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
Detail-oriented with time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and also collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience administering franchise licenses or similar contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams to issue new development, conversion, ownership changes and relicensing license agreements.
Review and process license applications and fees; maintain accurate licensing records.
Execute license agreements and related documents; ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
Maintain franchise data in GOLS and update as licenses evolve or terminate.
Serve as primary contact for franchisees and applicants; manage deadlines and notifications.
