BK FRANCHISE HOLDINGS LLC seeks a Franchise Interior Design Specialist to establish and maintain interior design standards across F&B locations, reflecting the brand identity while adapting to local culture and environment.

You will develop guidelines, lead store design concepts for new franchises, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate with architects, designers, and suppliers to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Licensed Interior Designer or Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain brand identity across locations.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for new locations (business trips).
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update store design guidelines reflecting brand identity.
• Establish procedures to ensure design consistency across openings.
• Develop interior design concepts for new franchise stores.
• Manage and oversee store design projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with external architects, designers, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits to assure quality and compliance.
• Train franchise partners and internal staff on design guidelines.
• Maintain brand vision and consistent customer experience.
