Job summary

Archinect is seeking a seasoned interior design/architecture professional to guide store design for franchise locations. You will develop brand-aligned guidelines, create concepts for new stores, and coordinate with partners to ensure quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include managing projects, budgets, and timelines while promoting cross-functional collaboration. Travel to new locations is expected, and a strong command of CAD/SketchUp/Adobe tools is essential for delivering compelling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Licensed Interior Designer or Architect preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain brand identity and design consistency.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with multi-project management.
  • Willingness to travel for new locations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish standard procedures to ensure brand-wide interior design consistency for new franchises.
  • Develop and propose interior design concepts for new franchise stores.
  • Collaborate with franchise partners to deliver customized design solutions.
  • Manage store design projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and documentation for projects.
  • Coordinate with external architects, designers, and suppliers.
  • Oversee material, furniture, and decor selections.
  • Perform regular site visits to ensure design quality and consistency.
  • Review compliance with design standards and propose improvements.
  • Support franchise locations in maintaining brand-aligned designs.
  • Ensure consistent customer experience across all stores by auditing designs.
  • Provide training on design guidelines to franchise partners and internal team.
  • Act as a design consultant and ongoing support resource.

Job description

  • Manage the selection and supply of materials, furniture, and decorative elements.
  • Conduct regular site visits and evaluations to ensure the quality and consistency of store designs.
  • Review compliance with design standards and propose improvements as needed.
  • Support all franchise locations in maintaining designs that align with the brand’s vision and philosophy.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience across all stores by reviewing interior designs and displays.
  • Provide training on design guidelines and procedures to franchise partners and internal team members.
  • Act as a consultant for design-related issues and offer ongoing support.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Licensed Interior Designer or Architect preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain brand identity and design consistency.

  • Able to go on business trips for new locations
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, project management, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
