Job summary

BK FRANCHISE HOLDINGS LLC seeks a Franchise Interior Design Specialist to establish and maintain interior design standards across F&B locations, reflecting the brand identity while adapting to local culture and environment.

You will develop guidelines, lead store design concepts for new franchises, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate with architects, designers, and suppliers to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Licensed Interior Designer or Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain brand identity across locations.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for new locations (business trips).
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

The Franchise Interior Design Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining the overall interior design standards for F&B franchise locations. This role focuses on delivering design solutions that reflect the brand identity while being adapted to local cultural and environmental factors.

• Develop and update store design guidelines that reflect the brand identity.
• Establish standard procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency in interior design across new franchise openings.

Design Concept Development

• Develop and propose interior design concepts for new franchise stores.
• Work closely with franchise partners to deliver customized design solutions that meet the specific needs and characteristics of each location.

Project Management

• Manage and oversee store design projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure smooth project execution by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and documentation.

Collaboration with External Partners

• Collaborate and communicate with external architects, designers, and suppliers.
• Manage the selection and supply of materials, furniture, and decorative elements.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular site visits and evaluations to ensure the quality and consistency of store designs.
• Review compliance with design standards and propose improvements as needed.

Brand Consistency

• Support all franchise locations in maintaining designs that align with the brand’s vision and philosophy.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across all stores by reviewing interior designs and displays.

Training and Support

• Provide training on design guidelines and procedures to franchise partners and internal team members.
• Act as a consultant for design-related issues and offer ongoing support.

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Licensed Interior Designer or Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain brand identity and design consistency.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the F&B industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to go on business trips for new locations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, project management, or a related field.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM,Monday ~ Friday
