Responsibilities

• Lead coaching and development advice to franchisees.
• Execute the Company’s strategic plans and performance standards.
• Set up franchise reviews and monitor action plans for improved outcomes.
• Conduct operational reviews, identify opportunities, and implement cost controls.
• Provide strategic operational support in service standards, quality, training, safety, and openings.
• Assist with restaurant development planning, site approval, and kitchen design.
