Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Franchise Development Specialist to front-end the sales funnel, engage leads, and move opportunities toward consultations.

You'll own the front end of the funnel, educate prospects about BODYBAR's brand and investment, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the Director of Franchise Sales to deliver a positive candidate experience. This full-time, hybrid role offers commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in consultative or inside sales, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and move opportunities through a defined sales process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple prospects or opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfort using CRM systems and working toward measurable performance goals.
• Strong organization, follow-through, judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new franchise leads through phone, text, and email.
• Build rapport and establish credibility from the first interaction.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, motivations, experience, financial readiness, geography, and interest in business ownership.
• Ask thoughtful questions, actively listen, and determine whether a prospect is qualified.
• Schedule qualified candidates for consultations with the Director of Franchise Sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to keep qualified opportunities moving forward.
