BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience in Fort Worth and Plano. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while collaborating with a fun, motivated team.

This part-time position offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth within a fast-growing brand, and the chance to be a welcoming brand ambassador at local events.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership and retail sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, on the phone, and via email.
• Passionate about fitness, professional, trustworthy and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals across bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Be the BODYBAR brand ambassador at local events and help grow the studio presence.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
