Job summary

Primrose Schools is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to advise and support Franchise Owners, driving premier early education, trusted care, and service excellence across the network.

You will build consultative relationships, provide holistic support across enrollment, marketing, business, education, and operations, and analyze performance to develop actionable growth plans. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in multi-unit management.
• Experience with franchising and early childcare.
• Knowledge of accreditation and licensing rules.
• Proven track record of driving performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate conflict and influence without authority.
• Autonomy and project management.
• Strong time management

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture consultative relationships with Franchise Owners and school leaders.
• Provide holistic support across enrollment, marketing, business, education, and operations.
• Analyze school performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
• Lead strategic planning and goal-setting with Franchise Owners.
• Coach owners on enrollment growth, finances, curriculum, and staff development.
• Conduct quality assurance and Service Excellence activities.
• Serve as first contact for operational challenges and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with regional teams, vendors, regulators to deliver integrated support.
• Travel up to 80% of the time.
