Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support franchisees in achieving business success. You will partner with franchise owners to provide operational guidance, identify opportunities, and ensure adherence to company standards across health and wellness locations.

You will lead reviews, train teams, analyze financials, assist with local marketing, and visit sites to offer actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

5+ years in franchise operations, consulting, or similar roles.
Experience in health and wellness industry preferred.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Ability to analyze financial reports and provide actionable insights.
Willingness to travel regularly to visit franchise locations.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned franchisees, providing ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to help them achieve business goals.
Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to assess performance and develop improvement plans.
Ensure franchise locations adhere to brand standards, procedures, and customer service guidelines.
Facilitate training sessions for franchisees and their teams on best practices and new initiatives.
Review financial reports with franchisees and offer recommendations to improve profitability.
Assist franchisees with local marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales.
Address and resolve operational challenges with practical solutions.
Conduct regular site visits and provide tailored recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with franchisees to identify opportunities for growth and enhanced customer experience.
Provide reports to the Director of Franchise Operations on performance and progress.
