Job summary

CJ Foodville USA is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant II to act as the primary operations partner between franchisees and the corporate office. You will oversee a portfolio of 10–15 stores, drive revenue growth, ensure QSC compliance, and support NSOs from pre-opening to ongoing operations.

Travel up to 75% across NJ, GA, and VA, providing hands-on coaching, data-driven recommendations from POS data, and collaboration with Marketing, SCM, and Legal to resolve issues and launch new products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or relevant training in Hospitality or Business preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive, direct experience in multi-unit operations, QSR, or franchise consulting.

Responsibilities

• Audit QSC compliance across assigned stores and drive remediation.
• Monitor adherence to BI/SI and operational procedures.
• Serve as central POC between franchisees and corporate departments.
• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 stores and analyze sales performance.
• Provide on-site NSO support, staff training, and opening day coaching.
• Travel up to 75% for NSOs and regular store visits.
