Job summary
Smoothie King is seeking a Franchise Operations Consultant to drive growth and uphold brand standards across 40–60 franchised locations in the NJ/PA/NY/CT/MA markets. This role combines strategic coaching, operational analysis, and hands-on store support to improve guest experience and profitability.
You will lead field collaborations, monitor KPIs like P&L and labor, conduct on-site reviews, and partner with franchisees to implement smart, compliant operations while delivering consistent brand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, operations, or related field.
- 5+ years in field-operations leadership within food service or multi-unit retail.
- Strong analytical skills with P&L, inventory, and KPI experience.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with store back-office tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor franchisees to improve operations and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
- Lead on-site audits and performance reviews across multiple locations.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to support openings and expansions.
