Job summary

Smoothie King seeks a Franchise Operations Consultant to champion brand standards and optimize performance across 40–60 franchisee locations in the New Orleans, LA area and neighboring markets in MS. This role requires frequent travel to support franchisees, audits, and training, ensuring food safety, quality, guest service, and store ambiance.

The right candidate has strong leadership, operational insight, and the ability to influence owners to improve profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of leadership in field operations within food service or multi-unit retail.

Responsibilities

• Consult with franchisees to influence business decisions.
• Enforce operating procedures, brand standards, and financial controls.
• Analyze KPI’s (P&L, COGS, inventory, labor) to drive performance.
• Plan and execute travel to optimize field visits and store support.
• Support franchisees in developing growth strategies and improvements.
• Lead New Store trainings and ensure smooth hand-offs between teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive sales and guest acquisition.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to improve experience.
