Job summary

Papa Murphy's International is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to maintain strong relationships with our franchisees and uphold brand vision across the Seattle market. You will guide franchise personnel, support quality systems, and assist in opening new locations while ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in restaurant management or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of restaurant management experience
• Willingness to travel weekly across assigned markets
• Knowledge of health codes, safety systems and auditing processes

Responsibilities

• Franchise Relationship Management: build relationships with franchisees and align with brand objectives.
• Strategic Support and Development: help develop strategic plans with OSAT, Food/Labor costs and other KPIs.
• Leadership: lead through influence, address performance issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Training and Development: coach franchise partners, support training initiatives, rollout new policies.
• Guest and Associate Relations: address guest concerns, maintain service standards.
• Staffing and Team Building: assist in interviews, onboarding, and roster maintenance.
• Administration and Auditing: review P&Ls, ensure SOPs, conduct audits, and drive improvements.
• Operations Performance: oversee P&L reviews, budget adherence, and local marketing efforts.
