Qualifications

• Minimum of five years as a consultant for a franchise system or ten years as a successful business owner.
• English language fluency.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of financial statements and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation services to franchisees in customer service, revenue growth, and staff development.
• Conduct weekly virtual training sessions and area meetings.
• Review financial performance metrics for profitability.
• Engage in inter-office collaboration and mentorship.
• Document consultation activities using the CRM.
