Job summary

Youth Athletes United in the United States is seeking a Franchise Development Marketing Coordinator to drive franchise growth. You will develop and execute strategies to attract qualified candidates, nurture leads through the funnel, and strengthen broker relationships while reporting to the VP of Franchise Development.

This role covers content development, drip campaigns, paid media, CRM management, broker outreach, events, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 2–3 years of franchise marketing experience.
• Experience managing email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional copywriting, content creation, and project management skills.
• Experience in franchise industry and familiarity with broker/consultant community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage franchise development content across brochures, landing pages, emails, social media, and decks.
• Build and optimize drip email campaigns and nurture sequences for prospective candidates.
• Oversee paid digital campaigns and franchise portal listings to drive qualified leads.
• Manage broker networks with toolkits, newsletters, and presentations.
• Plan broker webinars, virtual presentations, and events to drive engagement.
• Track ROI and reporting; manage franchise development budget.
• Create candidate-facing resources and testimonial content to aid recruitment.
