Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to influence 90-125 franchised domestic Wingstop restaurants, drive results and meet business objectives.

You’ll be the primary contact for your portfolio, owning operations, P&L, and brand standards, traveling up to 75% to partner restaurants and coach teams. This role rewards leadership, hospitality mindset, and a focus on growth in restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive financial and operational performance.
• Ability to analyze business performance using data and dashboards.
• Comfort with travel up to 75% and working non-traditional hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Operate like the CEO of your portfolio, owning its business performance and P&L.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Wingstop Restaurants Inc. and Brand Partners.
• Travel regularly to Brand Partner restaurants to coach and protect brand standards.
• Analyze performance with data and dashboards to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Brand Partners to align on goals.
• Anticipate challenges and propose solutions to improve operations.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and franchise agreements.
• Share best practices across the region to elevate performance.
• Act as a Wingstop culture champion and brand ambassador.
