Wingstop is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to influence and manage 90-125 domestic Wingstop restaurants in Colorado and Utah. You will serve as the primary liaison between Wingstop and Brand Partners, owning performance and driving sustained growth across operations, marketing, and development.

You will travel regularly to partner restaurants, coaching teams, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to brand standards while optimizing P&L results.

Responsabilités

• Primary point of contact for your portfolio, with accountability for operational excellence, P&L results, and long-term franchise success.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees and drive KPIs including same-store sales and guest experience metrics.
• Travel regularly to Brand Partner restaurants to coach, protect the brand across operations, facilities, marketing, training, purchasing, and development.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Brand Partners to align on goals and track progress toward results.
• Analyze business performance using data and dashboards; identify opportunities and build strategic plans for growth.
