Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to influence and drive results across 90–125 franchised domestic Wingstop restaurants in Colorado and Utah. You will lead performance initiatives, coach brand partners, and ensure operational excellence aligned with Wingstop standards.

You will travel regularly to restaurant locations, analyze performance data, and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to track progress and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of 90–125 franchised domestic Wingstop restaurants with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
• Travel regularly to Brand Partner locations (up to 75%), coaching and ensuring operational excellence and brand adherence.
• Analyze business performance using data dashboards; identify opportunities and build strategic plans for sustained growth.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Brand Partners to align goals, track progress, and drive results.
• Act as a Wingstop culture champion and liaison between Wingstop Restaurants Inc. and Brand Partners.
