Job summary

Scenthound is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to drive franchise growth from prospecting to closing. You will identify and qualify potential franchisees, build rapport, and guide candidates through evaluation and onboarding, leveraging negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The role requires on-site presence at our Florida HQ, collaboration with partners, and travel to trade shows and events. A track record in franchise development or sales and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of franchise sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects, franchisees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Experience using a CRM (Zoho) and Office 365 apps.
• On-site at HQ for team engagement, meetings and discovery days.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance the development, growth, and implementation of new sales strategies.
• Present the franchise opportunity with enthusiasm and answer in-depth business questions.
• Qualify and screen potential franchisees to meet standards and requirements.
• Map trade areas for potential franchisees.
• Negotiate franchise agreements and coordinate onboarding for new franchisees.
• Collaborate with existing Franchise Partners and operations on territory alignment and expansion.
• Work with Franchise Partners and staff on company initiatives.
• Travel to trade shows, site visits, and future events as required.
• Maintain records for each franchise candidate and complete KPI reports for forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with franchise regulations and guidelines.
• Other duties as required.
