Job summary

Scenthound is seeking a Franchise Director Of Real Estate to lead our franchise real estate strategy, helping franchisees locate, evaluate, and secure prime locations for growth. You will partner with Franchise Development, Operations, Construction, and external brokers to maintain brand standards and support expansion.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of commercial real estate experience, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of site selection, leases, and franchise development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• 7–10 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in franchise or multi-unit retail/service environments beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys real estate strategy to support franchise growth.
• Identify target markets based on demographic and market analysis.
• Lead LOI and lease negotiations to align with brand standards.
• Coordinate with brokers, legal, architects, and franchise teams throughout development.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and timely reporting.
