Job summary

Speedy Freight USA in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Franchise Sales Development Manager to support franchise owners and sales teams in driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

You will spend significant time in the field alongside franchisees, coaching, mentoring, and demonstrating prospecting techniques to convert opportunities into new business wins. Expect extensive travel and direct collaboration across franchise territories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience within Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Transportation Services, or Supply Chain Solutions.
• Proven success in B2B sales and new business development.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition through cold calling, prospecting, door-to-door sales, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and discovery meetings.
• Work directly in the field with franchise owners and sales representatives, conducting prospecting activities to demonstrate and reinforce Speedy Freight sales methodology.
• Lead by example by participating in customer outreach and new business development within franchise territories.
• Support franchisees in achieving territory sales targets, revenue goals, and new account win objectives.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and account growth strategies.
• Identify qualified leads and help convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
