Job summary

Home Franchise Concepts is seeking a Vice President of Franchise Recruitment to lead a high performing team and drive growth across multiple brands. You will own strategy, coaching, and disciplined processes to deliver franchise agreements and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will oversee forecasting, broker relations, and a structured mutual evaluation process to select franchisees aligned with the brand’s values and long‑term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of franchise development, franchise sales, franchise recruitment, or multi-unit sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing sales or franchise recruitment professionals.
• Proven track record of revenue and unit growth targets while maintaining franchisee quality standards.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and leading performance driven teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Franchise Advisors to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Forecast and manage franchise fee revenue and pipeline performance.
• Drive selection of qualified franchisees aligned with brand values.
• Monitor lead conversion, pipeline velocity, discovery day attendance, and close rates.
• Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and consultants to source candidates.
