Restaurant Brands International Inc. seeks a Development Manager for Popeyes US East to guide a fast-paced development process, partner with franchisees, and lead remodels that reinforce the brand identity. The role requires building strong cross-functional relationships and delivering executive-level presentations.

The incumbent will work onsite five days a week to drive net restaurant growth and franchise performance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field required.
• 3-5+ years relevant work experience; project management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Technical excel modeling and high-level data analytics skills; Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Ability to decipher ambiguous, complex information and present it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to achieve net restaurant growth.
• Build relationships with franchisees to ensure swift execution of their development pipeline.
• Delivers and executes remodel plans to bring the Popeyes brand identity into the market.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
• Develops and delivers presentations to executive leadership.
• Assists during negotiations for development agreements and amendments.
