Honest Abe Roofing Franchise is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to serve as the primary business advisor for a group of franchise owners nationwide.

You will coach owners to improve revenue, profitability, leadership, and operational execution, traveling to locations for in-field coaching and on-site support. This role emphasizes measurable impact and adherence to proven systems.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or consulting for multiple business locations.
• Strong business and financial acumen to advise owners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, and performance.
• Analyze KPIs, financials, sales metrics, and operations to identify growth.
• Lead regular business reviews and create actionable plans.
• Travel to franchise locations for in-field coaching and support.
• Lead virtual coaching sessions and accountability follow-ups.
• Assist onboarding and launching new franchises.
• Deliver training on Honest Abe systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to help owners succeed.
• Identify and address operational challenges before they escalate.
• Build trusted relationships while upholding company standards.
