Honest Abe Roofing Franchise is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to serve as the primary business advisor for a group of franchise owners nationwide.

You will coach owners to improve revenue, profitability, leadership, and operational execution, traveling to locations for in-field coaching and on-site support. This role emphasizes measurable impact and adherence to proven systems.

You'll work directly with franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, leadership, and operational execution. What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities include:

• Coach franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Analyze KPIs, financial statements, sales metrics, and operational reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and develop action plans that drive measurable results.
• Travel to franchise locations to provide in-field coaching and operational support.
• Lead virtual coaching meetings and follow-up accountability sessions.
• Assist with onboarding and launching new franchise locations.
• Deliver training on Honest Abe systems, processes, and best practices.
• Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to help franchisees succeed.
• Identify operational challenges before they become business problems.
• Build trusted relationships while maintaining accountability to company standards.

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement.

Franchise experience is a plus, but not required.

Experience in multi-unit operations, business consulting, coaching, retail, home services, hospitality, or other operational leadership roles is highly valued.

Travel

This is a field-based leadership position. Regular travel to franchise locations throughout the United States is required. You'll also spend time collaborating with our corporate leadership team and participating in company meetings and training events.
