• Proven track record leading complex franchise strategy work across IP.
• Experience shaping long-term plans for entertainment brands and formats.
• Ability to synthesize creative, audience, and commercial data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise strategy work for priority PlayStation IP from opportunity assessment to long-term planning.
• Define audience opportunity, expansion potential, and commercial rationale for growth.
• Identify new growth avenues outside existing franchise playbooks while maintaining brand integrity.
• Map franchise potential across film, TV, publishing, consumer products, music, live experiences, and digital engagement.
• Translate ambition into practical roadmaps, sequencing, and decision frameworks.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to articulate value across games and adjacent businesses.
• Support development of IP briefs and guardrails to enable cohesive partner execution.
