Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting McDonald’s Critical Customer Standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations, or equivalent quick service/hospitality experience.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in franchise locations.
