Authority Brands seeks an Auditor to perform financial and franchise compliance audits across its franchise system. You will verify franchisee sales reporting, document findings, and support remediation with brand operations.

Responsibilities include evaluating controls, preparing findings, and coordinating with brand and corporate teams to close audit gaps. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in audit, accounting, or compliance; public accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA or progress toward certification a plus.
• Franchise or multi-unit industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute internal audits of financial, operational, and franchise compliance processes.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management and executive leadership.
• Partner with brand and corporate teams to track and close out audit findings.
• Support external audit coordination and compliance-related activities as needed.
• Conduct franchise compliance and royalty audits as assigned.
• Stay current on regulatory and industry requirements affecting franchise operations.
