Job summary

Fresh Food Concepts, LLC is seeking a Franchise Compliance Specialist to ensure franchisees meet operational, legal, and brand standards across the network.

You will monitor, audit, and report on compliance, and provide guidance, training, and support to franchisees to maintain consistent operations across locations. The role also supports the franchise lifecycle through FDDs, Franchise Agreements, renewals, Joinder, and termination notices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or franchise operations.
• Experience in the prepared foods industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance audits across franchise locations.
• Develop and maintain understanding of franchise agreements and applicable laws.
• Collaborate with legal and operational teams to update compliance standards.
• Provide training and resources to franchisees on compliance requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and corrective actions.
• Serve as primary contact for franchisees on compliance issues.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting operations.
• Assist in developing compliance documentation and training materials.
• Participate in onboarding for new franchisees and ensure alignment with standards.
