Job summary
Restaurant Brands International Inc. seeks a finance professional to own the financial relationship for a portfolio of franchisees and drive KPIs, invoicing, and revenue accuracy.
You will partner with development teams to implement franchise agreements, monitor net restaurant growth, and lead cross-functional finance initiatives. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with in-office work 5 days a week.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable roles, ideally with franchised models.
- Hands-on, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Own the financial relationship for a portfolio of franchisees and lead key meetings.
- Oversee billing and revenue for Burger King brand across LATAM and related systems.
- Support growth by partnering with development and franchise teams on new agreements.
- Lead strategic projects to improve finance operations and reporting.
- Develop accounting workflows for new markets aligned with franchise agreements.
- Own collections and minimize bad debt exposure.
- Provide leadership with tailored reports and insights for decision making.
