Job summary
Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Profitability to support the analysis, reporting, and improvement of restaurant and franchisee profitability across the LAC region.
You will work with franchisees, field teams, and a cross-functional partner network to translate complex financial data into clear insights that drive profitability and strategic actions. The role requires strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to collaborate with Operations,
Qualifications
- Bachelor- or higher- level degree in a quantitative field.
- 1–2 years of financial analysis or analytics experience.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze restaurant and franchisee profitability across the LAC region.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual franchisee reporting processes.
- Analyze P&Ls and benchmark performance across segments.
- Develop financial analyses and insights to inform leadership decisions.
- Prepare recurring profitability reporting and business reviews for regional leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and analytical tools.
