Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Profitability to support profitability analysis across the LAC region. You will partner with franchisees, field teams, and cross-functional partners to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights that drive profitability improvements.

The role requires strong financial modeling, Excel mastery, and experience with BI tools. Fluency in Spanish is required, with Portuguese a plus; collaboration across Operations, Finance,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business analytics, profitability, corporate finance, consulting, or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience building financial models.
• Experience with data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, OneStream, Hyperion or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze restaurant and franchisee financial performance across the LAC region, including P&L metrics and profitability trends.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting processes and ensure data quality.
• Analyze restaurant-level P&Ls and benchmark performance across stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Develop financial analyses and insights to support franchisees and leadership in profitability initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impact of business initiatives.
